Nick Taylor Squash Academy Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION: is subject to availability of the program. Spaces are limited and NTA reserves the right not to accept a registration. *To sign up for semester clinics all players must be a member of Cross Courts Squash & Fitness Center, Non-Members can ‘pay and play’ for $100 per clinic but spaces cannot be guaranteed*

SCHEDULE: NTA makes every effort to ensure that the programs run on time and according to the schedule laid out. However, NTA reserves the right to re-schedule in the event of insufficient sign-ups or if circumstances arise beyond the club’s control. The rescheduled date(s) is to be decided solely on the discretion of the Academy.

LIABILITY WAIVER: The registrant fully understands that participation in this sport involves risk and dangers. By agreeing to this Terms and Conditions, the registrant willingly assumes all and every risk mentioned above, and waives NTA of any liability for such. NTA, its coaches and employees shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, illness, or accident, which may occur to the Registrant at any time during the training program.

CANCELLATION AND ABSENCE POLICY: The program’s fee shall be paid in full. No refunds shall be given after the season has commenced and/or if the participant is absent from the training program due to temporary illness, short-term travel or short-term unavailability. The director has the discretion to cancel clinics in inclement conditions that makes it unsafe or impractical to travel and commute for both players and coaches. No refunds are given but we will do our best to provide makeup clinics at the end of the semester but this is NOT guaranteed. Rarely clinics will clash with US Squash Junior, PSA Events, Amateur events. These events are rare and subject to the negotiations with the various associations…In these situations NO refunds will be given.

MISSED SESSIONS: Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled. In case of injuries. In the case of a prolonged injury, (Doctors/Physio note required) a credit may be issued for future use in a similar future program. Refunds are NOT offered and the registrant agrees to make payment in full for all registered programs.

PRIVATE LESSONS: All lesson cancellations need to be made twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged for that session.

VIDEO / LIVE STREAMING / PHOTOS: The Nick Taylor Academy may use any photographs or videos taken during the training sessions for publicity and marketing purpose unless otherwise indicated by the Registrant in writing. Additionally, the program uses video/live streaming technology as a teaching tool during lessons, clinics and matches. Registrant confirms that they are aware of this and gives permission for its use.
